Your Profile *Required

Geographic Scope*

Specify which country, countries, trading blocs or continents you require. TED Alert™ mainly covers the EU, EEA & EFTA, but also extends to Worldwide opportunities under the aegis of EU funding initiatives. If you only require specific regions or even cities or towns within a country then you may specify these.

Languages *Required

With the exception of the EU’s institutions, tenders aren’t translated into other EU languages. In order to facilitate intelligent searching in these languages, tick those you are able to handle from the list below:

Czech Danish Dutch English Estonian
Finnish French German Greek Hungarian
Italian Latvian Lithuanian Maltese Polish
Portuguese Slovak Slovene Spanish Swedish

Note:
In addition to the EU Institutions, UK, Ireland and beneficiary organisations in third countries (i. e. Africa, Latin America etc.), English is also the working language in TED for Iceland, Norway and certain awarding authorities in other EU countries.

Please supply Local Language Keywords in the section below corresponding to the languages you have ticked.

Contracting Entity

If your search is to be restricted to particular vertical markets like education, energy, healthcare, telecoms, transport etc., or to specific awarding authorities/contracting entities, please specify. If not then type ALL.

Keywords:

Please specify words, acronyms or phrases best describing your business activity.

English Keywords*

The searchable Title and Abstract fields are rarely translated word for word into each official EU language. EUR-OP usually only translate the description of corresponding CPV code(s) they have been classified with.
This is fine if the notice:

  • has been accurately classified
  • and/or accurately translated
  • and/or relies exclusively on a product specific CPV code
  • and/or relies on generic terminology which is universal

Most notices do not meet these requirements. It is therefore essential to provide any relevant local language keywords for the countries you cover, to capture any notices which do not meet the above criteria.

Specify the keyword(s) and its/their corresponding language(s). This only applies to the 20 official languages of the EU.
